- Journey Along the Riviera by train & Arrival in Italy
We leave Nice together in the morning and travel along one of the most beautiful railway lines in Europe.
As the train follows the Mediterranean coastline, landscapes gradually transform and Italy slowly begins to appear.
We will briefly stop in Ventimiglia to discover its covered market and enjoy a first taste of Italian daily life, then jump on another train to reach Bordighera.
Once in Bordighera, we begin exactly as Italians do:
with coffee.

Comfortably seated in a traditional café with a coffee and pastry, I introduce you to the fascinating identity and history of Bordighera.
Artists, botanists and British winter visitors, this elegant town has attracted curious minds for centuries.
This first moment offers a clear and enjoyable introduction before stepping into the streets and discovering the town together.
Kindly note that any drinks or food you may order remain at your own expense.
- We then explore the town together at a comfortable pace.
Walking remains easy overall, although the historic centre includes a gentle uphill section and a few staircases.

We stop whenever a detail, a story, a colour or a beautiful view deserves attention.
Everything is adapted to your rhythm and curiosity.
At the end of the day, we return to Nice carrying something difficult to explain: the feeling of having experienced a small journey within the journey.

However, I can also meet you at your hotel, accommodation, train station or another convenient location depending on your plans.
Because each traveller is different, this experience can be extended or personalised.
