How should I book a tour or service with Nice by Heart ?

To book a tour or a service with me is very easy:
Send me a message via my contact form to let me know the tour or service you would like to book, the day and time that will suits you best, details like the number of people, the age of your kid(s), your special wishes and all the information I need to know.
I will reply to you as soon as possible with a detailed quotation and confirmation of my availibility.
In order to hold your booking, I charge a 50% deposit.
So once you approved the price, date and time for the tour or service you chose, I will send you a request of payment via Paypal for that deposit. You will be able to pay with your credit card or with your Paypal account.

How will I pay ?

Once you will have approved the price, date and time for the tour or service you chose, I will send you a request of payment via paypal to enable you to pay for the 50% deposit (you will be able to pay with your credit card or with your paypal account).
The remaining balance will be payable by cash, in euro, on the day of meeting.

What are your terms and conditions of cancellation?

In case of cancellations up to two weeks before a tour or a service, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a 20 euro administrative fee per person.
For cancellations less than two weeks before a tour or service, the deposit is non refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.
Nice by Heart cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond its control that prevent you from attending a tour or a service.

Is the deposit refundable?

For cancellations less than two weeks before a class, the deposit is non refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.
The deposit is non refundable if you fail to show up for your tour or service without noticing me before.

Nice by Heart” is a company owned and run by Celine O’DONNELL
Working under a « CAPE » contract with the MOZEIKA company (cooperative umbrella company).

Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS

General Policy
The payment of a deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation of any tour or service proposed by “Nice by Heart”.
A deposit is considered “PAID” when it has been received by “Nice by Heart”.

Unless otherwise specified, all services and tours require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
The payment of the remaining 50% must be made on the day of the starting date of the tour or service.
A Client tour or service is only considered confirmed when the corresponding deposit payment has been received.

For Client bookings comprising multiple tours and services, the booking is not considered confirmed until a deposit has been paid on all tours and services.

A payment of a deposit indicates an acceptance by the purchaser and/or Client of all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

CANCELATIONS

General Policy

In case of cancelations up to two weeks (14days) before a tour or a service, the client will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 20€ administrative fee per person.

For cancelations less than 2 weeks (14days) before a tour or service, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.

Nice by Heart cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond its control that prevent a client from attending a tour or service.

Nice by Heart reserves the right to cancel any tour or service.
In the event of a cancelation by Nice by Heart, no liability shall fall upon Nice by Heart and participants’ payment will be refunded in full.

REFUNDS

As per the above mentioned Cancelation policy:

. Cancelations up to two weeks (14days) before a tour or a service, the client will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 20€ administrative fee per person.

. Cancelations less than 2 weeks (14days) before a tour or service, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.

Refunds will in no circumstance be issued to a Client failing to join a scheduled tour or service, or for a partially completed tour or service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Nice by Heart accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Payments via Paypal for payment of the deposit to book a tour or service.
  • Payments via credit cards via Paypal for payment of the deposit to book a tour or service.
  • Payments via Tripadvisor/Viator.
  • Payments in Cash in € on the day of the tour or service for the payment of the remaining balance.

COSTS / EXCHANGE RATES

Prices and tarifs quoted for tours and services are subject to change without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (currency fluctuations, Government taxes, fuel costs etc.). Prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
