To book a tour with me is very easy:
Send me a message via my contact form or through WhatApp to let me know the tour  you would like to book, the day and time that will suits you best, details like the number of people, the age of your kid(s), your special wishes and all the information I need to know.
I will reply to you as soon as possible with a detailed quotation and confirmation of my availability.
In order to hold your booking, I charge a 50% deposit.
So once you approved the price, date and time for the tour or service you chose, I will send you a request of payment via bank transfer by email.
Your booking will be confirmed after receiving your payment.

Once you will have approved the price, date and time for the tour you chose, I will send you a request of bank transfer payment by email to enable you to pay for the 50% deposit.
The remaining balance will be payable by cash, in euro, on the day of meeting.

In case of cancellations up to two weeks before a tour or a service, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a 20 euro administrative fee per person.
For cancellations less than two weeks before a tour or service, the deposit is non refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.
Nice by Heart cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond its control that prevent you from attending a tour or a service.

In case of cancellations up to two weeks before a tour or a service, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a 10 € administrative fee per person.
For cancellations less than two weeks before a tour, the deposit is non refundable but can be applied to a future tour or service within a one-year time period.
The deposit is non refundable if you fail to show up for your tour without noticing me before.

DEPOSITS

General Policy

The payment of a deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation of any tour offered  by “Nice by Heart”.
A deposit is considered “PAID” when it has been received by “Nice by Heart”.

Unless otherwise specified, all tours require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
The payment of the remaining 50% must be made on the day of the starting date of the tour.
A Client tour is only considered confirmed when the corresponding deposit payment has been received.

For Client bookings comprising multiple tours, the booking is not considered confirmed until a deposit has been paid on all tours.

A payment of a deposit indicates an acceptance by the purchaser and/or Client of all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

CANCELLATIONS

General Policy

In case of cancellation up to two weeks (14 days) before a tour, the client will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10€ administrative fee per person.

For cancellations less than 2 weeks (14 days) before a tour, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a future tour within a one-year time period.

Nice by Heart cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond its control that prevent a client from attending a tour.

Nice by Heart reserves the right to cancel any tour or service.
In the event of a cancellation by Nice by Heart, no liability shall fall upon Nice by Heart and participants’ payment will be refunded in full.

REFUNDS

As per the above mentioned Cancellation policy:

. Cancellations up to two weeks (14 days) before a tour, the client will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10€ administrative fee per person.

. Cancellations less than 2 weeks (14 days) before a tour, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a future tour within a one-year time period.

Refunds will in no circumstance be issued to a Client failing to join a scheduled tour or service, or for a partially completed tour or service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Nice by Heart accepts the following forms of payment:

• Payments via electronic bank transfer of the deposit to book a tour.
• Payments in Cash in € on the day of the tour for the payment of the remaining balance.
• Payments via Tripadvisor/Viator.

COSTS / EXCHANGE RATES

Prices quoted for tours are subject to change without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (currency fluctuations, Government taxes, fuel costs etc.). Prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
